Built Right

Quality You Can Actually Feel

We focus on the details that matter in a Canadian climate: insulation, structural support, service access, durable materials, and well-designed hydrotherapy. Here’s what to look for when comparing our hot tubs and swim spas.

Triple-Layer Insulation

Designed to retain heat through the frame, base, and shell, helping the spa perform efficiently through Manitoba and Prairie winters.

Key Difference

Solid Fibreglass Base

A rigid fibreglass base provides durable structural support and helps the spa maintain its shape over the long term.

Sealed, Insulated Base

A sealed, insulated base helps protect the undercarriage and internal components from moisture, cold air, and pests.

High-Heat-Resistant Shell

Built to handle significant temperature changes while maintaining the shell’s shape and structural integrity.

Rigid, Load-Bearing Frame

A rigid load-bearing frame helps keep the shell, seating, jets, and plumbing properly supported and aligned.

Smart Insulation, Not Full-Foam

Designed for strong heat retention while keeping key components accessible for inspection, maintenance, and service.

Differentiator

Balanced Hydrotherapy

Jets are positioned to target key areas such as the shoulders, back, hips, and legs, with adjustable intensity for a more comfortable hydrotherapy experience.

Ergonomic Seating

Contoured seating and generous footwells are designed to accommodate a range of body types, from compact models to larger layouts with full loungers.

Swim Spas Available

Swim spas offer deeper water and dedicated swim jets for swimming, resistance exercise, low-impact training, or simply enjoying a longer outdoor season.

Hot tub pumps, plumbing and internal equipment with the service panel open
Accessible by DesignService access is kept practical, so critical pumps, plumbing and components remain reachable when maintenance is needed.
Contoured hot tub seating with hydrotherapy jets throughout the spa
Hydrotherapy You Can SeeContoured seating and distributed jet placement support the balanced hydrotherapy described above.

Two series are available. Our Premium Series is the most popular choice, with larger seating capacities, higher jet counts, and added comfort features such as loungers, illuminated foot domes, and smart jet technology. Our Economy Series offers the same core build approach in a smaller footprint for customers who need a more compact or budget-conscious option.

Good Questions

FAQ

Do you carry specific brands?

We carry high-quality brands, but we don’t list brand names publicly because that helps protect our wholesale pricing model. Once you get in touch, we’ll share full specifications, photos, current inventory, and exact pricing through a private link.

Salt water vs. chlorine, what's the difference?

Both systems ultimately sanitize with chlorine. A salt system generates chlorine from salt rather than requiring you to add chlorine manually. The same hot tub can typically be configured either way. Salt systems also use a generator cell that requires periodic replacement, so we’ll help you compare the ongoing maintenance and operating costs before you decide.

Do I need an electrician to install a hot tub?

Yes. A proper electrical hookup is required. A typical installation may cost roughly $1,400–$1,800, depending on the site and electrical work required. We can connect you with a preferred electrician who is familiar with these units.

What if the unit I want isn't in stock?

Current in-stock units include ozone systems and sterling silver or grey cabinets in the listed price. If you need a different configuration, we can look at a special order, although lead times may be several months. If an in-stock unit matches what you want, availability can change quickly.

Does it matter if my unit hasn't arrived yet?

No. Many customers reserve a specific unit with a deposit before it arrives, particularly when they want a particular size, layout, or feature package.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. If you refer someone who purchases a hot tub, you’ll receive $150 as a gift card or product credit.

Can you handle delivery, and what's the cost?

Yes. We can coordinate delivery. The cost depends on the site, access, distance, and whether specialized equipment such as a crane is required.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We currently accept cash, e-transfer, and cheque.

Can I see the hot tub in person before buying?

Yes. In-stock units can be viewed in person. For a custom or special-order unit, you can view other models from the same brand to get a clear sense of the build quality and finishes.

Do you do service?

Yes. We can provide service support, and we also work with dealers and technicians in different regions. Available service options vary by location.

Do you service tubs that weren't purchased through Western Canada Wholesale?

Not typically. However, we work with dealers and technicians in many regions, so if we’re unable to provide the service directly, we can often connect you with a local professional.

Do you sell treatment chemicals?

Yes. A start-up chemical kit is included with your hot tub or swim spa, and we can review ongoing water-care needs with you at purchase or delivery.

What's your return or satisfaction policy if something arrives damaged or isn't as expected?

Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery. Any delivery damage should be identified and documented immediately.

How long does a hot tub typically last, and what maintenance is involved?

With proper care, a hot tub can typically last 15–20 years. Routine maintenance includes regular water treatment, monthly filter cleaning, and an annual 10-point inspection.

What's the warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by brand and series, and the manufacturer’s warranty is passed through to you. Full warranty details are provided with the private inventory information for the units you’re considering.

What's the typical timeline from order to delivery?

Typical timing is approximately 2–4 weeks for in-stock units, 4–6 weeks for factory shipments, and 2–4 months for custom or special orders.
